• What if I have cemetery property outside of your featured states?

We currently serve all 50 states and plan to eventually implement our advertising campaign in each of them. When a potential buyer performs a search they see each state that has a listing and can go to that state to see the available properties offered. Since your listing remains until it is sold, there is no advantage to wait since you would be neglecting buyer's traffic through the search link.

• How much should I ask for my property?

Most cemeteries should provide you with an appraisal of your cemetery property, free of charge, but keep in mind that privately owned cemetery property is usually offered at a discounted rate. You must also consider that many cemeteries also offer flexible payment terms. Consider all of this when determining your asking price.

• What if my local funeral home is not aware of your services?

Give them our website address. They automatically go to our home page where they can simply click on “download a brochure.” This brochure will explain our services and how it works.

• What kind of paperwork is involved with the actual sale of my cemetery property?

For the most part, the paperwork is nominal. However; call the cemetery where your property is located and ask them what paper is involved and if there are any fees involved for transfer. Since some buyers may have a short time frame, being prepared will enable you to handle the transaction smoothly which will make things easier and more attractive for the buyer.

• Will I be charged extra if the ad runs longer than one year in the newspaper?

No. You pay a one-time fee of $79 no matter how long we advertise.
